Music

Music is the Voice of the Soul… Are you listening?

The healing benefits of music have been used since the 20th century after musicians went to play for World War I and II veterans at hospitals across the United State.  Music has a way of deeply yet invasively engaging a person’s innermost feelings allowing them to process their sometimes jumbled emotions.  Music therapy can help organize a person’s thoughts, reduce physical pain, decrease depression, lower blood pressure, and improve mental state.

Music for me is more like breathing, I cannot live without it.  Music has and still does play a vital role in my daily healing.  May the playlists I created below During The Storm, Hope & Healing, and Celebrate provide you with comfort, hope, and encouragement.  I have also made them available for downloaded from my YouTube channel.  Enjoy!
